VI	www.tobchapter6.com	TOB is divided into 13 regional chapters across the mid-atlantic, including PA, NJ, NY, DE, MD, OH, VA, and WV. East Penn competes in Chapter VI, which includes Cumberland, Perry, Adams, Franklin, Dauphin, York, Lebanon, and Lancaster counties.
